Noora Bin Haider holds a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering and a professional diploma in Future Government Leaders. She works at the GIS center in Dubai municipality on the Dubai BIM Roadmap project. This strategic project aims to establish a BIM road map and BIM e-Submission platform and standards for all Dubai building permitting authorities.
