His expertise spans spatial data infrastructure (SDI), remote sensing analytics, and enterprise GIS implementation using platforms like ESRI, Hexagon, and open-source technologies. He has led and contributed to strategic projects in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE, including traffic monitoring systems, violation detection through AI-integrated satellite imagery, and national GIS transformations. Mostafa is highly experienced in satellite data processing, change detection, feature extraction, and AI-based image classification.
