Professional Summary

I am a researcher in Astronomy and Astrophysics since 2022. I have developed strong expertise in physical and astrophysical modeling, particularly in the field of kilonovae, a result of collision of two neutron stars. I have deepened my understanding of opacity mechanisms and gained skills in several areas:
Mastery of concepts related to kilonovae, including LTE (Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium) and NLTE (Non-Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium) phases, as well as the understanding of excitation and ionization processes under non-thermodynamic equilibrium conditions. Additionally, I have a solid ability to model ejecta opacity while considering LTE.

In atomic data analysis: i have created an atomic database covering elements from Z=20 to Z=103, including atomic data, expansion opacities, and "line-binned" opacities. I have a strong understanding and command of advanced computational methods, such as HFR in the Cowan code and MCDHF in the GRASP2018 code.
